• Account information — name, email, and authentication details (handled by our auth provider, Clerk).
• Billing information — subscription and payment details, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Customer Data — the catalog, wholesale accounts, contacts, pricing, and orders you create in the Service, which may include personal data about your stockists.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics about how the Service is used.

2. How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to process subscriptions and payments;
• to send transactional messages (e.g. account, invite, and order emails);
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@restockall.com. For Customer Data controlled by a brand, please contact that brand directly; we will assist them as their processor.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app, and the "last updated" date above will change.
